How to maintain TAGinn Kick Shell?

How to Maintain the Kick Shell Casing?

  1. Just buy a new one from us and give the old one away (you can give it to us too 😈).

  2. If this is your precious and you’re not planning to give it away, tell us—how do you take care of your shell? Do you clean it? Lubricate it? Do you have a special key and a repair kit?

Or are you just like us, doing it from time to time (never), thinking, “Dirt isn’t grease—wipe it off, and it’s fine” while giving it a quick swipe with a napkin?

Although, TAGinn recommends servicing any launch devices after every 20–30 shots.

Cleaning Procedure:

  1. Unscrew the guiding unit (barrel) from the initiation assembly (base).

  2. Using a soft-bristled brush (e.g., nylon) under running water, clean the barrel of combustion residues.

  3. After washing, wipe it with a soft cloth.

  4. To clean the initiation assembly (base), use a multifunctional lubricant (e.g., Ballistol) and a steel-bristled brush.

  5. After cleaning the base, wipe it with a soft cloth.

  6. Inspect the device (locking ring, its grooves, and slots, as well as the input mechanism).

  7. When assembling, apply thick silicone grease to the threads of the initiation assembly (base).

  8. ❗Important: Do not overtighten the connection—light contact is sufficient.

And that’s it!

Now your Kick Shell is clean, lubed, and ready for action. Treat it well, and it’ll serve you faithfully — at least until you inevitably forget to clean it again. 😆

And now… you can smoke 'em up! 💨🔥
